Terms of Service – Meraki Creations

Welcome to Meraki Creations. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

Meraki Creations provides services including, but not limited to:

  • Website design and development

  • Search engine optimization (SEO)

  • Digital marketing and advertising management

  • Website hosting, maintenance, and ongoing support

All services are customized based on client needs and will be outlined in individual proposals, agreements, or communications.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information required for project completion

  • Respond in a timely manner to feedback requests, approvals, and communications

  • Supply necessary content (text, images, branding, etc.) unless otherwise agreed

Failure to provide required materials or communication may result in project delays.

3. Payments & Billing

  • Pricing will be clearly outlined prior to the start of any project or service

  • Deposits may be required before work begins

  • Ongoing services may be billed on a recurring basis (monthly or as agreed)

  • Late payments may result in paused services, restricted access, or additional fees

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

4. Scope of Work & Revisions

Each project includes a defined scope of work.

  • A reasonable number of revisions may be included depending on the agreement

  • Requests outside the agreed scope may result in additional charges

  • Significant changes may require a revised proposal

 

5. Ownership & Intellectual Property

Ownership of deliverables will vary based on the specific agreement between Meraki Creations and the client.

  • In some cases, full ownership of the final website, design, or assets will be transferred to the client upon full payment

  • In other cases, Meraki Creations may retain ownership and grant the client a license to use the work

All ownership terms will be clearly defined prior to or during the project.

Meraki Creations reserves the right to showcase completed work in portfolios, marketing materials, and case studies unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Any third-party assets (including but not limited to plugins, themes, stock images, or software) remain subject to their respective licenses and may not be owned by either party.

Access to websites, hosting, or platforms managed by Meraki Creations may be limited, suspended, or revoked if payment obligations are not met.

6. Third-Party Services

Meraki Creations may integrate or utilize third-party platforms, including but not limited to:

  • Wix, Shopify, WordPress

  • Google Ads, Meta Ads

  • Hosting providers, plugins, and external tools

We are not responsible for outages, changes, or issues related to third-party services.

 

7. Marketing & Performance Disclaimer

While we strive to deliver strong results:

  • We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, leads, or sales outcomes

  • Marketing performance may vary based on competition, industry, and external factors beyond our control.

 

8. Communication & Messaging

By providing your contact information, you agree to receive text messages from Meraki Creations, including:

  • Project updates

  • Service notifications

  • Follow-ups and support messages

  • Estimates, Invoices, reminders

You may opt out of communications at any time. Opt-in Data is not shared with 3rd Parties. To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any text message. Message and Data rates may apply. Check with your carrier for details. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. Limitation of Liability

Meraki Creations shall not be held liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities

  • Issues arising from third-party platforms or client misuse

 

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services at any time with written notice.

  • Any work completed up to the termination date will be billed accordingly

  • Active services may be discontinued upon termination

 

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time.

Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
